Gratin of pumpkin

・pumpkin … 700g ・flour … 20g ・butter … 20g+50g ・milk … 250cc ・fresh cream … 100cc ・salt and pepper … Proper quantity ・nutmeg … A little ・Laurel(Laurier) … One piece ・grated cheese … Proper quantity

・Please substitute it with milk when there is no fresh cream

1. The butter 20g is added to the pan and it melts it in the fire.

2. Flour is added to {1} and it mixes it.
(It stir-fries until a white film can be done in the bottom of the pan. So

3. Milk is added to {2} a little and it mixes it.

4. Milk is added to {3} a little further and it mixes it.

5. The procedure of {3} and {4} is repeated until the whole quantity of
milk is added.
(Milk 350cc is added when there is no fresh cream. )

6. The nutmeg and Laurier are added to {5} and it cook together it for 15 minutes.
(So as not to scorch it, the degree of fire is noted. )

7. The pumpkin is cut in a suitable size.
The heating cooking is done with the microwave oven until becoming soft.

8. The pumpkin of {7} is strained.
(If it is troublesome, do not strain it. )

9. The pumpkin of {8} is mixed with the white sauce of {6} in addition.

10. A butter 50g and fresh creams are added to {9} and it mixes it.

11. The salt and the pepper are added to {10} and the taste is adjusted.
It puts in the gratin dish, the grated cheese is sprinkled, and it burns with the oven.
(Burn at the temperature of 200 degrees so that the combustion color may
adhere. )
