・Almond powder … 100g ・Granulated sugar … 100g ・Albumen … As many as 1 piece ・Amaretto or almond essence … Proper quantity

1. The granulated sugar 70g and the almond powders are added to the bowl and it mixes it.

2. Albumen is put in another bowl, and it beats it.
The granulated sugar of the remainder is added, and beaten firmly ,divided into 2-3 portions.

3. The merengue of {2} is added to {1} by 1/3 amounts and it mixes it.

4. The merengue of the remainder is added to {3}, and it mixes it.

5. One mixture of {4} is divided into the size of about 10g.
It makes to round shape by the hand, it suppresses lightly, and it makes
it to the flatness type.

6. The cloth of {5} is arranged to the plate, and it burns with the oven.
(Bake it for about 40 minutes with the oven of 160℃. )
