☆ tuna's sushi in my style ☆

★マグロのお寿司、わたし流★

★Material (For four)★

・tuna (tuna's for eating raw)… 160g ・Smeshi (boiled cooked rice for sushi)… Proper quantity ・garlic … 15g ・olive oil … 80cc ・white wine … 30cc
・mince of onion … Big spoon 2 ・soy sauce … 30cc ・balsamic vinegar … 20cc ・white wine vinegar … 10cc ・pepper … Proper quantity

+++++ how to make +++++

1. Garlic removes, and minces the part of the bud.

2. Garlic and the soy sauce of {1} are put in the cup, and it soaks it for about three hours

3. The tuna is burnt by the high heat.

4. The garlic of {2} and the mince of the olive oil and the onion are put and stir-fried to the pan.
({2} Only garlic is added. The soy sauce is not added. )

 

5. It condenses it until the white wine, the balsamic vinegar, and the wine vinegar are added to {4}, and moisture disappears.

  

6. It mixes it moving to the bowl, and adding the soy sauce of {2}.  The taste is adjusted adding the pepper.

7. The tuna of {3} is sliced to eight pieces and the sushi is made.

8. The sushi of {7} is dished up, and the sauce of {6} is put.  The Daikon sprouts and the chive, etc. are affixed by the favorite.
